I am one week in utilizing the virtual yoga feature with Ashley! My friend referred me during this quarantine period since they were giving a free week of virtual yoga. I am so glad I was told about this!!! Ashley's yoga classes are probably some of the toughest but most rewarding classes I have ever done. Ashley describes and explains the movements perfectly and also gives you the modification to help individuals adjust for their bodies needs. If you are in need of a great workout while being inside the house look no further!!

I go here for Yoga with Ashley! She’s the best. She is very uplifting and encouraging. During class she is able to see where you might be struggling and if the pose needs to be modified for you or if she just needs to push you a little bit harder. I like the fact that she takes her time by going around and helping you with the pose if needed.
